“I am only talking about education, women's rights and peace. I want poverty to end in tomorrow's Pakistan. I want every girl in Pakistan to go to school.”
“Education is neither eastern nor western. Education is education and it's the right of every human being.”
—Malala Yousafzai
Conclusion
For a long time, the Taliban has controlled a lot of territories in Pakistan and attacked girls' rights and strengthened their own powers. The public has been afraid of reprisals for showing any disagreement with the Taliban. But, Malala Yousafzai has stood up to the Taliban through her BBC blog, New York Times documentary films, and speeches. She is still saying that all females need education. Now is the time for us to voice with Malala Yousafzai for better, peaceful lives.
“Peace in every home, every street, every village, every country – this is my dream. Education for every boy and every girl in the world. To sit down on a chair and read my books with all my friends at school is my right. To see each and every human being with a smile of happiness is my wish.”
